1 Introduction

4 Account Registration & Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on dior888. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.

During registration, Members must provide accurate, current and complete information, including a valid email address and identity details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Account credentials — including passwords and one-time security codes — must be kept confidential at all times.
• Members must notify dior888 immediately if they believe their account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Accounts must not be sold, transferred, assigned or gifted to any other person.
• Members are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

5 Terms of Use

Members may use dior888 for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis and dior888 makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access, although reasonable efforts are made to maintain service availability.

dior888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, game, market or service at any time without prior notice. The platform may also temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security reviews or compliance purposes.

6 Deposits & Payments

dior888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including, but not limited to: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX and selected cryptocurrency options. Availability of individual payment channels may vary and is subject to change.

All accounts are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in alternative currencies or via cryptocurrency will be converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. dior888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the relevant payment section of the platform.
• Members must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in their own name.
• Deposits from unverified or third-party payment sources may be rejected or suspended pending investigation.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. dior888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Processing times vary by payment channel. Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) and FPX/DuitNow transactions are typically processed within one to three business days. eWallet withdrawals to Touch 'n Go, Boost or GrabPay may be faster, subject to system availability.

• Accounts must have completed KYC verification before a first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if associated bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• dior888 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Fees charged by third-party payment processors are the responsibility of the Member unless otherwise stated.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technological tools to interact with the platform.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Laundering funds or using dior888 to process proceeds from any unlawful activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or calculation faults in any game or feature.
• Misrepresenting identity, age, location or payment method ownership.

11 Intellectual Property

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use dior888 for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

dior888 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will meet any particular Member's expectations, be available without interruption, or be free from all errors or security vulnerabilities at all times.

13 Amendments

dior888 reserves the right to amend, revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through visible notification on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Continued use of dior888 following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes. Members who do not accept revised terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. The effective date at the top of the Table of Contents will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which dior888 is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
